Has your order not arrived yet? 

If it has been less than 17 days since you ordered, this is completely normal and your order is certainly in transit. 

Has it been more than 17 days (France and Europe)? 

Your order may be delayed. Note that this is common during festivals and vacations.

Also consider checking with your local post office if your tracking shows your package is delivered, but you don't have it in your mailbox.

How do I track my order? 

On your order confirmation page, you will have access to your tracking number once your order has been shipped (48 hours on average). 

From there, you can check the delivery of your package on our page order tracking.

If it has been more than 7 days since the tracking of your package has changed, you can contact us to obtain more information on the progress of your order.

Read before contacting us: If your message concerns an order, remember to add your order number (#1...) to your message. Requests regarding an order without an attached number will not be given priority.
