Returns & Exchanges
At cock-ring.fr, we do everything to ensure that the descriptions of our products are clear, precise and accompanied by accurate visuals. Your satisfaction is our priority, while respecting the strict hygiene rules linked to this type of product.
Return Policy
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, returns are not accepted for intimate hygiene products once opened.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product has been used or if its packaging has been unsealed, for obvious reasons of hygiene and safety.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service within 72 hours at the following address: cockring.contact@gmail.com. We will offer you a suitable solution: refund, replacement or credit.
Order cancellation
Our orders are processed very quickly, often within 3 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order, send us an email as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
Wrong delivery address
It is your responsibility to verify the delivery address entered. If you notice an error, contact us quickly: a modification is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for packages not delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address. If your order is returned to us, we can reship it to you (at your expense) or issue a refund excluding shipping costs.
Refunds
In the event of a validated refund (only for defective or non-compliant product), this will be made within 7 to 14 working days via the initial payment method. You will be notified by email as soon as the refund has been made.
